FAQ's
Ordering
We will send you a confirmation email once your card has been authorized. Please review your email confirmation - all details will be assumed confirmed unless we are contacted within 24 hours. We do not accept returns on personalized goods, so if there is a mistake, we need to be notified within 24 hours. Please email us at hey@theyheygang.com with any changes or corrections. We will accept exchanges on non-customized full price items, but All sale orders are final.
Shipping
Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days unless you choose to personalize your goodies. Personalized items will ship within 2 weeks of your order confirmation. We try to get your orders out as soon as possible, If there is an unexpected delay, we will notify you via email. If you are in a rush, please give us a shout, and we will try our best to accommodate your request! Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays.
Regular domestic orders are shipped via USPS First Class (3-8 business days) : $5 flat-rate for all U.S. orders under $100, free standard shipping for orders over $100. If you need something faster please drop us a note and we will try and accommodate!
International Shipping
For all orders shipping outside of the US we use USPS First Class (7-21 days), or if you need it faster, USPS Priority International (7-8 Days). The customer will be responsible for any taxes or customs duties incurred. Unfortunately, we are unable to mark merchandise as "gift" or "no commercial value". All international orders are considered final sale once shipped and are therefore ineligible for refund or exchange.

Returns
We are unable to accept returns for personalized items. Unless of course we did not personalize it exactly as you ordered it! If you would like to return your non personalized item, we will gladly accept a return of unused and unwashed merchandise within 14 days of the order. All Sale purchases are final sale. Please email us at hey@theheygang.com for return authorization and address. Please do not ship merchandise back prior to receiving a return authorization, we will not accept the return. Shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
If you have an item that you received as a gift that is NOT embroidered, we are happy to issue you a gift card for credit for another size or item, if this is the case, please contact us at hey@theheygang.com.
Gifts!
If you are purchasing a gift, but unsure of the right size and worried about personalizing the wrong item or with the wrong words, we have have a few tips and options to help you out!
1. Please remember our sizing is designed with room to grow, but when in doubt, definitely size up. Every piece looks super cute baggy, and kiddos are growing so fast they will eventually fit into the garment, and it is always nice to have exciting pieces waiting for them when they hit their next growth spurt!

3. Personalizing fears? You can purchase a personalization gift card for $20 (this includes return shipping) and we can include with the gift. The receiver can then choose what they would like their garment to say, and make sure that they have the correct size. We will also include a prepaid shipping envelope, and a card for them to fill out all of their info. They can just pop the item back into the mail easy peasy!
Gift wrap?? We got you covered... Please just send us a note to hey@theheygang.com with your order number included, and if there is a gift message - we can hand write it for you :)
